A saddle ( or col) is the lowest point along a ridge between two peaks.
コブシ
Kobushi magnolia
コブシとモクレンは似ています。違いは花びらの開き方です。コブシは花びらを広げて咲きます。モクレンの花びらは上に向かって開きます。
Kobushi magnolia and magnolia are similar, but their petals open differently. Kobushi magnolia blooms with petals spreading out. Magnolia blooms with petals opening upwards.花粉 (kafun)
